“Paint Activism!” is a project focused on empowering women and girls through art, creative expression, and psychosocial support. Through painting and art workshops, participants are provided with a safe space to express their emotions, process personal experiences, and strengthen their self-confidence and solidarity.
The project places a particular focus on women with experiences of violence, for whom art offers an alternative and creative way of coping with traumatic experiences. Through collaboration with professionals and artists, interactive workshops, and guided discussions, the project brings together art, non-formal education, and psychosocial support, while also contributing to greater visibility of women’s activism in Bar.
