Emilija Jukić, Executive Director of NGO Lea Bar, is a member of the Working Group for the development and monitoring of the implementation of the Local Action Plan for achieving gender equality and improving the quality of life of LGBTIQ+ persons in the Municipality of Bar for the period 2026–2029.
During the work of the Working Group, which has held several meetings, Emilija Jukić actively participated in the process of developing the document by providing proposals, suggestions and contributions to the definition of activities and measures aimed at improving the position of LGBTIQ+ persons and promoting gender equality.
Through her participation in the Working Group, Emilija Jukić contributed to the development of local policies aimed at strengthening equality, inclusion and protection from discrimination, as well as improving the quality of life of LGBTIQ+ persons in the Municipality of Bar.
