Members of NGO Lea Bar participated in the International Women’s Day march, organised by the Centre for Women’s Rights in Podgorica, together with numerous civil society organisations, activists and citizens.
The march was an opportunity to once again draw attention to the importance of protecting women’s rights, advancing gender equality and combating all forms of gender-based violence.
By participating in the event, NGO Lea supported initiatives promoting solidarity among women, equality and greater public awareness of violence against women.
Through joint action by civil society organisations, a clear message is sent that the fight for women’s rights and a society free from violence must be a shared responsibility.
