Emilija Jukić highlighted the importance of establishing this type of service in the southern region of Montenegro. She explained that, in addition to safe accommodation, the shelter provides psychological assistance and support, legal guidance, counselling sessions at the organisation’s office, and a confidential support person service.
The organisation’s 24/7 helpline number was also presented to the public, providing support and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
