Representatives of NGO Lea Bar, who had previously completed training within the regional AGREE! – Action for Girls’ Rights to Equality and Empowerment project, shared their knowledge through local trainings held at Hotel “Princess” in Bar.

The trainings covered four important topics: gender equality and non-discrimination, peer education, capacity building of civil society organisations, and social and financial education.

Through interactive sessions, discussions and practical activities, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, exchange experiences, and discuss challenges they face within their communities. We were particularly pleased by the strong interest among young people and their openness to discussion and the exchange of ideas.

These trainings represent an important part of our work to empower young people, promote gender equality, and contribute to building a society that respects diversity, encourages dialogue, and supports active participation in creating positive change.

The local trainings were implemented as part of the regional AGREE! – Action for Girls’ Rights to Equality and Empowerment project, which focuses on promoting gender equality, combating discrimination, and empowering girls and young people to actively participate in society.
